ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so

that we may make a name for ourselves and not be scattered

over the face of the whole earth’”

(Gen. 11:4).

All apostate religion

are summed up in this Mystery Bab-

ylon, which will have so much political clout that even the

beast (the Antichrist) will be ridden by her for a time (Rev.

17:3).

END THE JEWS’ REBELLION

The End will come because of the sin and rebellion of the

Jews. The Bible asks the question, “Why?” for the Jews, and

then provides the answer.

“‘Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and to

this temple?’ People will answer, ‘Because they have forsaken

the Lord, the God of their fathers, who brought them out of

Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving

them; that is why he brought all this disaster on them’”

Chron. 7:21-22).

The Lord will fulfill the promises of curses for Israel’s rebel-

lion against Him:

“All Israel has transgressed your law and

turned away, refusing to obey you. ‘Therefore the curses and

sworn judgments written in the Law of Moses, the servant of

God, have been poured out on us, because we have sinned

against you’”

(Dan. 9:11). This is to happen because of the
