The “Lord’s Prayer” is much needed by these believers, and
indeed this group has need of this prayer:
“And lead us not
into temptation [testing], but deliver us from the evil one [the
Antichrist]”
(Matt. 6:13).
Note that the Bible refers to the great tribulation as a time
of testing (Rev. 3:10).
Other Old Testament passages support a mid-tribulational
rapture:
“The righteous
[vanish]
,…and merciful men [are] taken
away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from
the evil
[to come]
”
(Isa. 57:1, KJV).
Here is some speculation to consider: If the Jewish King-

same time; and the Church at Smyrna is to be raptured at the
middle of the tribulation with the believers of the other
Churches; and the 10 days of Smyrna’s persecution is 10 years;
and God begins to build these Kingdom Churches immediately
after the rapture of the Mystery Church of today, then that
would place the rapture of the Church (at the time of this writ-
ing) thirteen and a half years before the end.
